Q: How can I search for a specific title or ISBN number?
You can use your regular browser search function to find a specific title or ISBN number within the order screen.

Q: How do I get a printout of my order?
While on the Order Entry screen, press the SHOW MY ORDER button to view a consolidated view of your order. Use your regular browser print functions to print a copy of the screen.

Q: When will I receive my Student Reorder?
Truck-Delivered Fairs: Your reorder shipment will coincide with your scheduled
pick-up, provided you SUBMIT it by 2 PM the business day preceding pick-up of your Fair.
Reorders SUBMITTED after 2 PM will be accepted, however delivery may take extra time.

Please Note: Courier Fairs and some truck delivered fairs are not eligible for the next-day reorder shipment, but will be given top priority. Your Consultant will confirm the shipping details of your Student Reorders during your GREAT call.

Q: When will I receive my Product Rewards Order?
Your order will be processed and shipped within two (2) weeks of placing the order online.

Q: How do I end my online session?
Click on the LOGOUT tab at the top of the page to end your session. We recommend you SAVE every time you complete an entry/editing session.
